CORN CHOWDER SOUP RECIPE INGREDIENTS
Combine in saucepan:
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 c. diced potatoes
- 1 c. sliced carrots
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. cream style corn
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2/3 c. grated cheese
Stir until cheese melts and chowder is heated through. Do not boil. Serves 4 persons...enjoy the corn chowder soup !
