CHEESE AND CORN CHOWDER SOUP
CORN CHOWDER SOUP RECIPE INGREDIENTS
Combine in saucepan:
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 c. diced potatoes
  • 1 c. sliced carrots
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Add:
  • 2 c. cream style corn
Simmer 5 minutes. Add:
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 2/3 c. grated cheese
CORN CHOWDER SOUP RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Stir until cheese melts and chowder is heated through. Do not boil. Serves 4 persons...enjoy the corn chowder soup !
